Eyesight

I went to the eye doctor today because I desperately need new contacts and glasses (I lost my glasses months ago).  I’ve also been having some problems with major light-sensitivity over the last week or so.  Turns out, my right cornea is irritated, causing the light issues and creating potential for an infection in my eye which could cause major problems.  I’m supposed to go back tomorrow for a follow-up appointment, but until the irritation is healed, I can only put a contact lens in my left eye.  I can’t really drive with only one contact in because the difference in vision between my eyes throws my depth perception way off, so I’ll be relying on my parents to get me to work and rehearsals until I can use both lenses.  I’m praying this can all be cleared up soon because I don’t know I can perform and get around backstage in the dark with only one functioning eye.  The whole situation is really frustrating and a little scary.  I would appreciate your prayers for a quick healing and for peace.
